I believe God has designed women’s bodies to carry and birth babies. His design is perfect and beautiful with wonderful God given instincts He gives to mothers! “You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb,” (Psalms 139:13) emphasizing God’s intimate involvement in creation, forming each person uniquely and wonderfully before birth. The Bible presents childbirth as both a blessing and a result of the fall, characterized by pain yet bringing immense joy, while emphasizing God’s role as the author of life. Children are considered a blessing, gift, and heritage from God. (Psalm 127:3). The intense pain of labor is contrasted with the subsequent joy of a new human being entering the world (John 16:21). I love how every birth is different and unique from one family to the next.
I support couples during the birth process no matter what it may look like. I attend home or hospital births, VBACS and C-sections, scheduled inductions, medicated or unmedicated births. I am here to support and educate moms before, during, and after birth. I value the importance of building a strong relationship with my clients during the whole process.
In my free time I enjoy a nice hot latte at home relaxing with my spoiled cats and listening to a good podcast! My family & friends are very important to me. They are also my biggest supporters in life.. If you can’t find me I’m probably at a thrift store! I am a flawed human being saved by the blood of Jesus Christ! I want to use His example in the way I serve those around me..
